The University Career Center provides personalized and comprehensive services to undergraduate and graduate students. For those uncertain about their career direction, we offer career assessments, career planning, and appointments with career professionals.
For those ready to begin a job or internship search, we have tools like
• Careers4Terps – a 24-hour access database to job and internship listings
• On-campus-interviewing
• Career testing
Also, we can help you identify more resources for job announcements, critique your resume, get started on the graduate and professional school application process, and more. In addition, the Center houses a Resource Room and offers internship and job search courses, and a Credentials Service.
The professional staff are available to offer career assistance through Same Day Appointments (call 301-314-7223 by 9:00 am) or by Individual Appointments scheduled for a later date by calling the same number.
If you require assistance obtaining University Career Center services contact the liaison for veterans, John Bowman.
